1. How does Findtag compare to an Apple AirTag or other Find My trackers?
   

   Unlike Apple-exclusive products, Findtag supports both Android and iOS devices. It relies on its own app and nearby phones for approximate location data, making it a flexible choice for mixed-platform households.

2. Do I need an Apple device to use Findtag?
   

   No. Findtag can be set up and managed using either an iOS or Android device. Simply download the dedicated app from your platform’s app store to get started.

3. Is Findtag waterproof?
   

   No. Findtag is not waterproof. Exposure to water or moisture may damage the device and compromise performance.

4. How accurate is the location tracking?
   

   The tracker uses Bluetooth signals and nearby mobile devices for approximate location updates, typically accurate to within tens of metres. This range may vary depending on environmental factors and network coverage.

5. Are there any recurring fees or subscriptions?
   

   Findtag requires no monthly or annual subscription. After purchasing the device and installing the app, you can use its tracking features at no extra cost.

Same Day Delivery is available if you are within a 50KM radius of our warehouses in Welshpool (for Perth, Western Australia), and Moorebank (for Sydney, New South Wales).
