When you purchase our GPS Pre-Configuration Service, we set up the 4G settings on your device with your chosen SIM card. We also provide a $2 Starter Kit SIM, which must be activated before use. Activation times by Australian providers typically range from 15 minutes to 4 hours.

Please note: The GPS Pre-Configuration service is NOT subject to refund.

Order this service only alongside a GPS tracking device or another compatible product, unless instructed otherwise by our team.

All compatible devices will have this service listed on the product page.

This is not a standalone product. It is a setup service where we pre-configure a GPS device for you and include a SIM starter kit with your order.

How to activate your SIM to work with GPS

Telstra Customers

  1. Visit telstra.com/activate
  2. Follow the instructions
    1. Enter the SIM Serial Number
    2. What will you be using the SIM for?
    3. Be sure to select the Mobile Phone option.
    4. Confirm your Identity
    5. Select a Prepaid Mobile Plan with at least 3-4GB/m
  3. Enter your payment information

Congratulations, your SIM Setup is complete. You can now insert the SIM into your GPS unit and turn it on to begin tracking! See the manual and support guide on the product page of your GPS for more information about the setup process and how to track your new GPS!

Vodafone Customers

  1. Visit vodafone.com/activate
  2. Follow the instructions
    1. Enter your activation code
    2. How will you be using this SIM?
    3. Be sure to select the Phone (Voice, Text, Data) option
    4. Choose a Recharge with at least 3-4GB / month
  3. Enter ID Details and Payment Information

Optus Customers

Standard & Express Delivery

The Spy Store dispatches orders daily and we use Express, Toll Express or Australia Post Express as our shipping vendors.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST, are sent out the same day. Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact The Spy Store if you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days upon order placement.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for customers in Sydney and Perth.

Simply choose 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout. Orders must be placed before 11:30 am. Price will be calculated and shown at the checkout.

  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) with on all orders over $99. Upgrade to Express (2-3 Business days) for $5.99.

  • For orders under $99, Standard Shipping will cost $5.99. Upgrade to Express shipping for $12.99

International Shipping

  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to other fees and charges including Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Any additional fees and charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient if applicable.
