How does the WiFi connection work?
Once connected to WiFi during setup, the camera automatically streams live HD video to your mobile app over the internet, accessible from anywhere.
Is the installation process complicated?
No, it’s simple. The magnetic mount allows easy installation and repositioning.
Can I store footage without an SD card?
Without an SD card, you can temporarily store footage while watching live. For longer-term storage, ensure to add an SD card (up to 128GB) to your cart.
Is the camera waterproof?
No, it is designed for indoor use only.
What if the camera loses connection?
If the camera disconnects, check your WiFi, move it closer to the router, or reset it.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST, are sent out the same day. Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is available for customers in Sydney and Perth.
Simply choose 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout. Orders must be placed before 11:30 am. Price will be calculated and shown at the checkout.
