1. Compatibility:
- *Which Phones does this software work on?*
- Remote-Vue is compatible with all Android phones and tablets running OS 10 and above. It works optimally with Samsung and Google devices, both smartphones and tablets.

2. Subscription Duration:
- *How long does the subscription last?*
- The subscription for Remote-Vue lasts for 12 months.

3. Checking Compatibility:
- *How to Check if my phone is running OS 10 or higher?*
- Navigate to Settings on the phone you wish to monitor, then scroll down to "About Phone". Within this section, find "Software Information". If the Android version is 10.0.0 or higher, your phone is compatible.

4. Legal Considerations:
- *Is Android remote monitoring legal in Australia?*
- The legality of Android remote monitoring in Australia depends on factors such as intended use and consent. Monitoring a device you own or have permission to monitor is legal. However, monitoring someone else's device without consent is illegal and can result in criminal charges for invasion of privacy.

5. Lost or Broken Device:
- *What Happens if the target Phone breaks or is lost?*
- Unfortunately, if the target phone is lost or broken, users lose the ability to monitor the device.

6. License Transfer:
- *Can I transfer my license to another Phone?*
- No, license transfer between devices is not supported to prevent misuse of the software.

7. Troubleshooting Live Monitoring Issues:
- *My Software has stopped working and is not providing me live monitoring, the software panel is visible but no updates for a few hours?*
- This may occur due to changes in phone settings. Users should ensure all battery optimizations are re-adjusted as per the installation video and verify that the app is still on the device.

8. Data Export from Login Panel:
- *Can I export content off the Remote Vue login Panel?*
- Yes, users can export data including images and videos from the login panel without affecting the data on the phone.

9. Password Recovery:
- *I have lost my Monitoring Panel Password; how do I get a new password?*
- Send an email to register@remote-vue.com with your original license registration information, and a temporary password will be issued within 24 hours. Note that users must have registered their software for password access reset.

Same day delivery is available for customers in Sydney and Perth.

Simply choose 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout. Orders must be placed before 11:30 am. Price will be calculated and shown at the checkout. 

Same Day Delivery is available if you are within a 50KM radius of our warehouses in Welshpool (for Perth, Western Australia), and Moorebank (for Sydney, New South Wales).

• We offer FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) on all orders over $99. Upgrade to Express (2-3 Business days) for $5.99.
• We offer FREE Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) with Australia Post on all orders over $149
• For orders under $99, Standard Shipping will cost $5.99. Upgrade to Express shipping for $12.99
• Australia Post Insured Express (WA): $14.99, 1-2 business days
• Australia Post Insured Express (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT, NT): $14.99, 3-5 business days
• Bulk goods over 5kg (such as some outdoor cameras & solar panels): Standard only shipment
